“Whenever I have issues with my heating or cooling I have used Vantage. Johnny is a great guy, he explains what he is doing and what is going on with my system. He has diagnosed issues for my baseboard heating, separate attic AC system, and another AC system at my parent's house. Every time his price has been very reasonable and the repairs have lasted without any follow up calls or issues.”

John explained the ins and outs of the furnace to my husband, showed us the user guide and pointed out the warranty.”

“John and his team were awesome! John came out and did an estimate the same day my furnace broke. He was at my house within hours. I didn’t expect that at all. When he showed up i was extremely happy. He was very honest, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He explained everything that was going on with my furnace and even managed to fix it temporarily until my new furnace could be installed. The install was within 3 days and the team was quick, efficient, and very nice. I would recommend them to anyone! He was very efficient and helpful with texts and calls throughout the whole process. “I've had John from Vantage out to my house now on two occasions within the past couple months. The first time I had him over for a routine inspection of my furnace as it was sporadically having trouble firing up. He gave it a thorough look over and cleaned up a lighting element that appeared to have resolved the issue. In the couple months since, it has worked without issue and was dependable over the stretch of single digit temperatures we recently had. I then reached out to John for quotes on a whole house humidifier. He had numbers to me the same day and were able to schedule an installation in a very reasonable amount of time. I was not in any hurry but John worked around my busy schedule to get the job done. Overall, if you're looking for solid HVAC service, give Vantage a shot. I have been super impressed with the work on both jobs an am very pleased with the pricing. I think you'll be hard pressed to find a better value for your money.”

John was friendly and took the time to explain each step he was doing. He was able to trouble shoot the problem and resolve it. “This company is extremely legitimate and fair. If you have HVAC issues, I highly recommend this company. Our furnace stopped working and we desperately needed heat, but we live in a rural area so it's out of the way. We went with our normal guys who didn't even bother to try to diagnose the problem but never even attempted to try to get the furnace on before selling to a new furnace. Johnny came out the day after I contacted him, found the issue,and fixed it within 45 minutes. That's how you know these guys are legit. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He came extremely well prepared and was extremely clean while working as efficiently as he did. And more importantly they were fair in price. If you need help with HVAC, look no further. Call this company. Make your life easier.”

“John, Gabe, and Brian are AMAZING! My family started working with Vantage the summer of 2021 after placing multiple phone calls to other local businesses with an AC emergency . Vantage was available to make a house call that day and they were competitively priced. John and crew are professional, efficient, and keep a tidy work space. They took the time to explain the problem, how they were going to fix it, and what to do to prevent future problems. We had multiple inquiries and not once did Vantage make us feel like we were being a nuisance. After that first experience, we booked an appointment for heating maintenance a few months later. The most recent issue, February 2022, required having our water heater replaced and Vantage impressed us again with a same day appointment as well as efficient and courteous service. Again, the time was taken to understand what was going on and what to do. They came back a second time that day when we called with more issues and answered questions without hesitation. Most people have that one person they always call for when they need something fixed. For us, Vantage has been "that person" with quick response via email or phone. “Had John install a wifi thermostat for me. I was sure my newer install furnace had come wired with a C wire but much to my surprise it did not. John was able to run a C wire down to the furnace so we could use the already purchased unit instead of having to return it. Great service.”
