Commercial HVAC in Buffalo, from Vantage, means light commercial work for small property owners: an office suite, a storefront, or a double with tenants, and the equipment that heats and cools it. Most of our work is in homes, so we ask you to call first and describe the building. We tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

We are locally owned and based in Orchard Park, and you deal with the owner. We make no claim to large-building experience and we publish no service contract terms.

What is included with commercial hvac

  • A phone conversation about the building and the fault before anything is booked
  • Diagnosis of rooftop package units, split systems, furnaces and boilers in small buildings
  • A clear quote before work starts, with the failed part shown to you
  • Plain advice on repair versus replacement for aging equipment

What counts as light commercial work for us?

We take calls from owners of small buildings. The equipment we expect to see is listed below.

  • A single rooftop package unit on a storefront or small office
  • Furnaces, boilers and split air conditioners in a double, two-flat or small multi-unit rental
  • A heating or cooling failure in an office suite where tenants are waiting

Larger systems are a different conversation. If the building has a chiller, a building automation system or several roof units, say so on the call and we will tell you plainly whether we take it on.

Which commercial HVAC service do you need?

If the building is cold or hot right now, read our emergency HVAC page first, because our office hours are limited.

Who has hired us for property work?

Customers have called us for a rental property, a double house and a relative’s furnace and AC. Those are homes and small rentals, not commercial buildings.

“I manage a lot of properties and deal with contractors. I saw John had excellent reviews on the Internet.”
Mary, Google review, 2020
“John is one person who I always recommend when anyone I know is looking for any heating/cooling work in their home.”

How does a call about your building work?

  1. Call. Reach us Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 5. Outside those hours, leave a message with the address and the problem.
  2. Describe. Tell us the building, the equipment and what it is doing. A photo of the nameplate helps.
  3. Confirm fit. We say whether the job suits us. If it does not, you hear that before a visit.
  4. Visit and quote. We inspect, show you the fault and give a clear quote before work begins.

Commercial HVAC questions

Do you handle commercial HVAC in Buffalo?

We handle light commercial work for small property owners: storefronts, small offices and rental buildings. Call (321) 666-8870 and describe the building and the equipment. We then tell you honestly whether it fits what we do. If it does not, you hear that on the phone and not after a visit.

Can you work around my business hours or tenants?

Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 5, and we are closed weekends. Customers have said we worked around their schedules, and we talk through tenant notice and roof access on the call. If the work must happen outside those hours, ask us, since we publish no extended schedule.

Do you offer service contracts for commercial buildings?

We publish no contract terms or plan pricing. If you want recurring visits, call and describe the building, the list of equipment and how often you would like it checked. We tell you plainly what we can commit to, and what we cannot, before you decide anything.

What should I have ready when I call?

Have the street address, the type of equipment and what it is doing. If you can read the nameplate, the model and serial numbers help. Mention whether a breaker tripped or a gas smell came first. That lets us say on the call what a visit would involve.
